i think what he pointed out the timeline is significant especially when startson pointed out that "We had come to find rhinoceroses: northern white rhinoceroses, of which there were about twenty-two left in Zaire, and eight in Czechoslovakia." because it actually gave us some informations about rhinoceroses.
